The 5-Minute Wardrobe Edit
A free guide to getting dressed with a little more ease.
I used to think getting dressed "properly" meant more — more shopping, more choice, more effort. I'd stand in front of a full wardrobe some mornings and still feel like I had nothing to wear.
This little guide is the small, honest edits that changed that for me. Nothing overwhelming, nothing that needs a spare weekend or a bigger budget — just a few small tweaks that quietly make getting dressed easier, and maybe even something you enjoy again.

what you'll get
Inside, you'll find:
The 70% Rule (why waiting for "perfect" is keeping your favourite things unworn)
The Tuesday Test (one simple question for every item in your wardrobe)
The 5-Outfit Challenge (more outfits, not more clothes)
Plus 4 more small edits to make getting dressed feel like yours again🤍 No overhaul required. Just small edits, one at a time.

About me
Hi, I'm Karen
I'm 58, and I spent years thinking a good wardrobe meant a bigger one — more choice, more newness, more "just in case" pieces I rarely actually wore.
Then I stopped chasing the overhaul, and started making small edits instead. Wearing what I already loved, more often. Asking a simple question before buying anything new. Choosing 70% right over waiting for 100%.
I call this The Edit — small, honest changes, one at a time, that add up to something that actually feels like you.
This guide is where it started. I hope it helps you the way it helped me.

Why I made this
I didn't write this because I have it all figured out. I wrote it because I finally found a few small things that worked, after years of overcomplicating getting dressed. If it helps even one morning feel easier, it's done its job."Small enough to actually finish...Simple enough to actually use"
Life and Style 50
this is for you if...
Your wardrobe feels full, but getting dressed still feels hard
You've caught yourself saying "I have nothing to wear" more than once this month
You'd love a bit more ease in your morning, without a full overhaul
You like the idea of elegant, without it needing to be complicated

Life and Style 50
what it's not
This isn't a list of rules about what you should or shouldn't wear.
It isn't about buying more, or buying less.
It isn't a big life overhaul disguised as a style guide.
It's just a few small, honest edits — the kind that quietly make a difference.
